Podcaster Website

I had the privilege of working with April from the The Invisible Illness Club, an encouraging community for individuals struggling with chronic illnesses. This website officially launched her brand and soon to come podcast, it was so fun to work with the brands fun pops of color and let my creativity run wild.

The Scope of the Project

This project encompassed a 6 page WordPress website design, including a blog & podcast archive for the client to easily post her podcast episodes. I focused on a fun and engaging aesthetic to foster a sense of encouragement and belonging.

The completed website not only serves as a resource hub, but users will also be able to play the podcast episodes right on the site using the Buzzsprout plugin when the podcast launches later this year.

"Katie took my brand and made it come to life on my website so well. She was super easy to work with & very helpful with some of the areas that I struggled to figure out. I probably gave her too much information and she made my website easy to read through and beautiful to look at."

Blogger & Author Website

I recently redesigned the website for Laughs and Jesus, a blog initially created by April as a humorous outlet for moms. With the release of her new devotional book, Laughs and Jesus for the Single Mom, the aim was to transform her blog into a website to promote the release of her new book.

The Scope of the Project

This project encompassed a blog migration and 5 page WordPress redesign. It now features a fresh, modern look that captures April's unique blend of humor and faith, creating a welcoming space for moms. The new design enhances user experience, making it easier for readers to explore content, engage with the blog, and find more laughter in their journey of motherhood. Additionally, the site prominently showcases April's book, encouraging visitors to discover and purchase it on Amazon.

Residential Cleaning Service Website

I had the privilege of working with Jennifer and her team at Cozy Homes by Jennifer, a family-owned residential cleaning service located in Tennessee. With their commitment to creating comfortable, inviting homes and making life easier for busy families, the project focused on building a site that feels both approachable and professional. The finished design highlights their trusted services while reflecting the warmth and care they bring into every client’s home.

The Scope of the Project

The project involved a complete redesign of Cozy Homes by Jennifer’s website to better reflect their brand’s warmth, trust, and professionalism. I created a multi-page WordPress site with service pages, an about section, client testimonials, and a simple inquiry form for potential customers. The design focused on a clean and welcoming aesthetic to reflect the brand’s cozy and approachable feel.

In addition, we embedded the client’s existing CRM software, ZenMaid, directly into the site. This integration streamlined the inquiry process, making it easy for visitors to complete a questionnaire and schedule an appointment without leaving the website.

The completed website not only serves as an online home base, but also provides a seamless experience for prospective clients — allowing them to learn about available services, read customer reviews, and connect with Jennifer’s team in just a few clicks.
